Impregnated paper in the wood-based panel industry - Edge banding
What is melamine edge banding?
Using high-quality colored base paper, print various wood grain, flower, leather grain, marble pattern and other artistic patterns (or pure color), and then impregnate the cured paper edge banding with modified melamine grease. Edge bandings are largely used in the furniture, decoration and building industries and produced using decorative papers impregnated with a mixture of urea and melamine resins, with the additional application of thermosetting lacquers.
According to the requirements of your customers and their products you can manufacture in a one-stage or two-stage process. XH series impregnation line can also be integrated into other types of lines to allow greater product flexibility and mixed production (melamine films, finish foil).
